Strength: Back Squat (low bar)

Find a 1 rep max in 20-25 minutes

Run 1000m (one loop)
40 Thrusters 75/55
40 Walking Lunges
Run 600m
30 Thrusters
30 Walking Lunges
Run 400m
20 Thrusters
20 Walking Lunges
