Our schedule is pretty straight forward: CrossFit, Bootcamp Sprint, Open Gym, Weightlifting. All ways to get the best fitness of your life regardless of your past history, ability level, or goals.

CrossFit: All Abilities Welcome

CrossFit is meant for everyone. It is constantly varied, high intensity movements. We do everything from olympic lifting and powerlifting to cardio conditioning and gymnastics movements. Every movement can be scaled meaning we can change it to your needs so you get a great, safe workout every single day.   The key is in the diversity. One day could be a short, fast workout. The next could be heavy and a chipper of movements. A day could be all running, and the next could be all barbell. We do all the thinking for you to put together the program that will get you fit, and we will help you through every workout to make sure you are moving safely and effectively. You will learn a lot of new things, probably a lot of movements you have never seen before let alone done. This is part of the fun. Your coaches will teach technique in every class so you never have to worry about not knowing what you are doing.   We have classes with 18 year old college athletes, 65 year old retired grandmothers, and everyone in between all doing the same workouts together. Whatever the movements are we can scale to your needs with our world class coaches helping you every step of the way.

Bootcamp Sprint

Maybe CrossFit isn’t for you but you like the idea of high intensity, constantly varied, group classes lead by some of the best coaches in the business. If so then Bootcamp Sprint is for you. Like our CrossFit classes in structure it has more of a focus on strengthening the abs, butt, and thighs as well as cardiovascular conditioning, less of a focus on barbell movements and heavy weights. “Sprint Class”  is a 30 minute class that still gives the high intensity experience of CrossFit but less complex, fewer barbells, and more aimed at leaner, sculpted muscle building fitness. Don’t be fooled! This is still a class that even the most experienced CrossFitter can come and get a butt kicking, but also lends itself to being more accessible for newbies or less hardcore fitness enthusiasts.

Open Gym

Open Gym time is when members can make up for lost time or get some extra work in before a class. It is a non counted class against your membership, meaning you can come to your allotted classes and still come to Open Gym. A coach is always around to help but it is otherwise undirected time where you can work on mobility, do a WOD, strength, whatever you need. We have a number of Open Gym times throughout the week.

Workshops and Seminars

Our staff includes professionals with graduate degrees in coaching and sport psychology, sponsored fitness athletes who have competed as high as the Reebok CrossFit Games multiple times, professional MMA fighters, all with years of experience in CrossFit, fitness, and sport.   We run a number of workshops and seminars directed by our staff on a monthly basis. We cover things like olympic lifting, specific movement focused camps, nutrition, and sport psychology. These are either free or a small fee for members.   We also host seminars from outside groups, bringing world class coaches in on a regular basis. We have had world champion weightlifters and powerlifters run multi-day camps, sport psychology PhD candidates running CrossFit and lifestyle seminars, and world class coaches in other fields of sport and fitness doing their thing. We strive to give our members the best and continue to be the best CrossFit gym and fitness facility in general in Massachusetts.
