**Haley Byrnes, our friend from CrossFit Southie and Again Faster Equipment, is going to be coaching the 5:30 pm class on Friday. Haley has competed at the CrossFit Games in 2011 and 2012 as part of the CrossFit Fenway and CrossFit Southie teams, respectively, and just recently competed with the CrossFit Southie team that finished 4th at the 2013 Northeast Regionals. Haley has helped us out before and knows her stuff so be ready for a great class!! No 630pm class.**

It’s time for another repeat….a DOUBLE REPEAT! We last did “Isabel” and “Grace” on 2/21/13. These are some short and nasty workouts. We will be doing them about 15 minutes apart, “Isabel” first and then “Grace”. Be sure to check out your last performance on this one so you know what you did last time.

For your retest you should do one of two things and they are a bit individually based. If you have improved significantly in your strength, endurance, and technique, just all around gotten better, then maybe try to add some weight and see if you can better your time on these workouts. You can also use the same scale as last time and see if you can drastically improve your time from 3 months ago. Either way this is the time to test how all that hard work has paid off. Even :05 or :10 improvement is something to be proud of, so go for it!!
