“It’s going to be LITTT!!!” – Coach Jackson

 

Saturday, October 29th, 10am at CrossFit Lando Charlestown will be a competition unlike anything we have done here in Lando lore. 2 gyms, 2 partners, 2 sports, one competition! 

 

Get a partner, opposite gender, come up with a creative costume, and dust off those lifting shoes and wrist wraps because we are hosting a mixed pair partner competition with both Olympic Lifting and CrossFit events all in one day!

 

Details are on the event page in TRIIB. Registration is through that top to bottom. This will be a real competition, fully judged, heats, scoring, the whole thing. Prizes both $$ and prize prizes, some for performance some for fun.

 

Evening will be a night out on the town.
