Schedule Announcement

Construction of the main space is almost done and we will be setting up the facility starting at the end of this week. We will have equipment including bars and weights for 12 people in a class, 6 rowers, a 42′ pullup structure, some strongman gear, mobility equipment, and all the other accessories you need to stay fit and loose. We will be installing nearly 7000 sq ft of flooring mats, lifting platforms, and a few awesome surprises to really spice the place up. The construction crews have been awesome and Coach Kroon and myself are looking forward to getting our hands dirty this week. It’s been an amazing week of transformation already, we are excited to see what this week brings!

We have updated the online schedule to reflect the schedule we will be running once we open. We are shooting for January 2nd as our tentative full opening date and hoping for a week or so of running some classes before that, but it all depends on construction. Still, with many of you already having signed up, and many more interested, you can go online and plan your workout schedule around your week.

We will be running 4 classes every morning, 1 during the lunch hour, and 3 classes every evening. Saturday mornings we will run 1 larger class as well as have an Open Gym hour with coaches present, a great time to practice some skills, make up a workout you missed, or just get some QT at the box. Open Gym DOES NOT count against your membership limit. In other words, you can be a 3x a week members and have Open Gym be your 4th trip for the week.
